Devlog 3. We Are Using Godot.
A few years ago, if you'd told us we'd be building a game like this in Godot, we probably wouldn't have believed you.
For a long time, Godot felt like the underdog. Whenever people talked about game engines, it was always Unity or Unreal. Godot was the interesting open-source option, but not the one people pointed to for bigger games.
We thought that too.
Then we started building ours.
